the views of the piton and the sea are unbelieveable, and can be seen from the resturant, bar, pool and rooms

the spa has wonderful workers we did a couples massage and i felt the tlc they put in to make you

breakfast was great with the best banana bread on the island staff were all super nice and helpful

staff (especially onion), great location close to the local town soufriere, great restaurant for breakfast and dinner

was a great vibe and atmosphere, especially from the pool and bar area with good music on all the time

and dinner reservations at other resorts (jade mountain and sugar beach) the complimentary breakfast was one of the best, fresh fruit and smoothies and specials each day

we did the bean to bar experience (must do), where you make your own chocolate bar from scratch

loved the bean to bar experience and making our own chocolate

the spa is amazing

spa facilities were in the trees, but needed a touch of luxury to go with the forest experience

there basically is no gym everything is broken but i guess that’s okay

spa facilities were in disrepair, the sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used in

very clean, room service was on point. the food was exceptional!

the 12usd additional fee for room service at an all inclusive is crazy!

could have more creole food in the buffet at breakfast

little kids tried the kids club and felt it was too babyish for them, so we didn't make them do it again

one of the things we really liked was the fact that the pool was not deep

is near to the main road for persons who wish to use public transportation and there is onsite parking for persons like me who rented a car

there were also no special benefits given to us as long stay customers

room service every day, seemed under staffed, waiting time for buffet breakfast, some services not

bit small, and i really wish we could have had a microwave - it's a necessity when traveling with kids

gym staff seems like asking questions is bothering them lady at spa could have been upfront about

loved the entertainment and also the variety of restaurants/food and pool options

the wasn t really an adult side considering we stayed on the adults only section of the restaurant
