i couldn’t bring my drink from the bar to my room. y’all need to solve this minor issue.

traveling all day, i was very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed early for the evening

side utv on the mountain trails and were able to unload the trailer and park in front of the teller hotel

we had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and found the 3 queen beds to be extremely comfortable and clean

the people above us were so loud and at the end of it i got charged $60 for a pet fee i didn't have

breakfast room was very crowded so we decided to just have coffee and have breakfast elsewhere

wifi didn't work very well

parking for motorcycles is not good in the street in front of the hotel / off camber and very steep

the spa was private and relaxing, and the entire place was beautifully cleaned and cared for

expensive. spa prices were readonable

very small and for adults only which was nice on july 4th weekend

doesn’t let you use bar or courtyard, bed was low

the spa hadn't been cleaned so we were unable to use it

could have used more protein at breakfast.

laundry facilities were a life saver

sensitive to fragrances and the bed sheets had a strong smell of laundry detergent that disturbed my sleep a little

also having the laundry facility on site was awesome too

it was a nice bonus to also have the laundry facilities

have an open agreement with the campground next to them for timber ridge patrons to use their laundry facilities which was a very nice benefit

early check in was accommodated

the pool was advertised but wasn't available because of renovations

the swimming pool was down

decent hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles

the price it’s really hard to complain about anything, but i wish there would’ve been more breakfast options

i get this is a college town but treating adults on vacation like irresponsible college kids is just plain disrespectful

they didn't have a full complimentary breakfast but they did have some portable things like pastries, yogurt, oatmeal cups and of course

we loved the location, loved our spa tub and the ability to bring our pup

they also had a restaurant bar attached, which was nice to get a quick drink and head back to the room

no cable/satellite tv. unresolvable. no access to wifi. unresolvable

breakfast was order and pay. it was not good food.

no charge to use the machines in the guest laundry, just bring your own soap or buy it there

heated pool and spa pool are in the atrium of the hotel, but god forbid you go down there without kids

the staff was very friendly and helpful, community washer and dryer to do laundry, cleanliness.

breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and professional

hot tub was delightful and a couple of kids enjoyed the pool

the view from the hotel is stunning and the gym is exceptional.

the trundle bed was dirty with hair and a big stain so our kids shared a bed and didn’t sleep

i liked their breakfast selection also the hotel pool and gym was quiet well

traveling with kids they love waffles and we missed out because they were so busy on sunday we told them to wait
