the wifi was average

the swimming pool and gym were closed, these were a key selling point of this hotel

the gym was closed without any information in advance, no hair dryer, really old fashion interior, none

limited room service menu

- the room was reasonably spacious and quiet

walk to the metro station required to get to the gym on 25th floor, the reception staff needs to manually activate

the facilities so great, love their laundry room and there's a lady who was very helpful with the laundry

wifi was too slow to be useful for work

the hotel has a good bar offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and is easy to reach from multiple train

bar was disappointing- the staffs there don t know how to make cocktails that s on the menu and

breakfast was delicious and staff were excellent

very customer oriented. we were able to arrange late check out . good location.
