great breakfast

wifi is a bit slow and hard to connect

tip: if you want to use wifi in your room you have to specifically ask for that

bathroom had some black stuff in the corners, our tv was working only sometimes, wifi connection was kind of

room big enough with tub and shower , wc , bed with good mattress , wifi, complimentary water bottles, good

the hotel also comes with a small gym, and free washing machine as well as a dryer which came in very handy

why the need to enforce wearing of swimming cap in the pool? make people look like cocks

breakfast was our best in china

smoking bar but people smoking inside room smells like smoke daily room service did not clear / wash our used

staff, impeccable room service, clean the room everyday spotlessly

breakfast was wonderful

walking distance to west lake (20 min with kids)

no parking facility. language barrier poor breakfast

breakfast too much people, food all finish, staff no arrange sitting and i'm first time eating

missed the breakfast time due to a miscommunication at check in

great location. wonderful room. excellent breakfast. perfectly clean.
