i think fee about parking was unreasonable and unpaired.

spacious parking lot was also good

we came to relax so the pool was a big factor for booking: there are 3 pools: for babys, for kids, for adults

its faced the parking lot building and was very close

the laundry wash and go is very affordable

rooftop bar is nice but the music was terrible, we couldn t stand it anymore and left after an

excellent gym and pool

however, this influx can lead to overcrowding in the swimming pool, lifts and breakfast area for hotel guests

the gym (and the entire building) was spotless

we only went up to the roof top pool once but again an excellent facility

the roof top swimming pool actually only opens in june

laundry and breakfast is too expensive , should be included in the room rate.

the gym was clean and luckily not busy - there is a reasonable variety of machines and free weights

very nice staff, free laundry service was a pleasant surprise

also, the wifi was working great

free laundry (temporary for the covid)

free laundry, returned the same day

i like the free laundry service. clean bathroom. ac worked great! thank you!

lastly free parking was a bonus

the gym has everything you need for a good workout and the location is a short walk to a mall,

it s clean and their gym and laundromat were big pluses

we didn't need to worry about the parking

also, the kynd is not allow you to parking a vehicle before 3 pm (check in time)

we could also do our laundry there

in the room, tv with hdmi hookup, laundry, parking, refrigerator in room

nice hotel, localities and nearby amenities, best quality breakfast, gym my favourite place.

gym needs to be upgraded. treadmill didnt work.

the one aspect of the room that could be addressed is reliable access to wifi

wifi in my room did not work at all, so i had to use some other room's wifi code

there is smoking small in the room and the room size is not suitable for two guests.

the location is good. a staff assisted well parking of a car.

clean service, breakfast, facilities

facilities, cleanness, friendly staff, breakfast, restaurants, 24/7 store. close to shops.

a bit far from subway, there is a shuttle during day and evening.

i m travelling with 2 kids and paying for the luggage

pool staff not great

room service was excellent and the food was amazing

swimming in the pool must be booked beforehand

breakfast was awesome, fill with variety and taste is great

means value for money but only concern was limited choice of cuisines and smaller spaces for pool side activities

the location is superb and close to seoul but without the traffic breakfast buffet is excellent.

big plus for the croissant for breakfast because we are from france

the valet parking worked out well

complimentary breakfast was nice and completely unexpected

no wifi in the room.

free breakfast and coffee

was quite small - the room, the gym and the pool

parking in the basement

thank you to the receptionist who gave us late check out for free

facilities: don't expect your full commercial gym here, but i was pleasantly surprised to have a bench press

the room was spacious and very clean and had excellent wifi

indoor swimming pool is very far and in the next building

the hotel has a well-equipped gym and a pool ( 12,000)

the hotel has a well-equipped gym and a pool ( 12,000)

didn't think the pool was public, i thought it was a hotel pool

the pool is next door and you have to pay.

free parking (until 10pm on day of checkout), free breakfast (mostly korean style), and free movie

the apartment complex also houses a jjimjilbang (a korean sauna) and a water park (currently closed)

very close from the bus station and train station. and with breakfast

basic breakfast - again, not fancy but its more than ok for me

the bast part of the stay was all of the things to do around, there is a water park, tennis courts, a gun range

we love the complimentary breakfast. very unique and local.

breakfast was included in the price, although when i booked, i only expected a room

lots of restaurants and things to do near by within walking distance and has parking included unlike other

this hotel is good for a night stay. the breakfast is very basic but enough for 1 stay.

my breakfast was good

breakfast could be cheaper and have more variety of food.

breakfast is quite basic (at least the continental part of it).

breakfast was okay and convenient, lots of options

we stayed for two nights and had breakfast only one morning

the wifi sometimes disconnects no real lake view room

very friendly staff, good hotel. nice spa and massage facilities.

room service cleaned up room but i was given

perfect location for visiting lotte world, easy parking, exceptionally comfortable beds!

lotte world, very fast room service or when u need anything they will provide u very soon, fast laundry service

had booked both airbnb and this hotel and the peace of mind is drastic, and the laundry service is

the cafe bar closed at 10pm and the staff made it clear you had to leave by that time

they also have a decent, very clean swimming pool, kids pool, and sauna

only regret was that the spa was booked out, i would recommend booking with plenty of time in advance

room service was a delight and overall impeccable service through and through

also, when ordering breakfast from room service menu do not expect it to be as good as the one in the restaurant

my score is only 9/10 and not 10/10 because of the room service food

one of the best hotel i had ever been the location the service the gym the staff the room perfect hotel in all

room space overlooking the city with good and affordable breakfast and gym facilities

i like for example : every days the tools was changed, fast wifi , water free..

would have been better if shilla has a separate amenities room for laundry and microwave instead of having to

there is evena gym! dont bother with the breakfast, you can find lots of fun food nearby!

i couldn t figure out how to use the membership system at the laundry next door, and a staff member kindly

only inconvenience was car parking but it's kind of normal in the crowded city

at a hotel with fantastic parking, comfortable sleep, and lovely views

i concerned about parking, but it's very easy to use

nice location, cozy vibe, nice breakfast!

the suite room was amazing ! view, size, pool, bed, everything was fantastic.

boring and far, far away from wonderful korean kitchen

fortunately, the staff is kind enough to unlock it without giving my friend the parking ticket after i explained

hotel ads should be clear that the swimming pool is only strictly available if you book a suite, the hotel

the bar was closed

coin laundry available and a decent hotel gym

so youll have to call to request early check in in advance

there's no laundry service and the cafeteria is not a cozy place to hang out, the coffee is not good, but you

the washing machine was also fast, and there was a dryer available as well, which made doing laundry very easy

wifi did not work

wifi was a bit patchy, devices occasionally struggled to connect

they were quick to inform me about any wifi issues and that it should be resolved if i contacted reception asap

the bed was uncomfortable and the wifi very slow

parking was also easy and the manager did speak some english, so that helped

why pay an extra 10,000 won ( parking fee ) for a customer who already pays for a regular room and stays, and

comfort bed, fast wifi, great facilities and location

parking which is rare in gangnam

phone wifi is not working in street and no one knows the hotel by the name

there s also gym facilities, but i didn t use them so not use how it is

you have everything you need available in the room: kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron, even a gas stove and

s location close to kangnam station, restaurants and shops - the rooms are big and comfortable - wifi is great

decent buffet breakfast

the room featured a well-equipped kitchen that was both clean and convenient, complete with all the necessary

great clean: location, room, service. gym is too small

the kids could have used the pool - unclear if this was a covid precaution or always the case

such a pricey hotel, you would expect pool facilities to be available for kids

room service was good and reliable

we were there, my 2 kids were sick and had to go to the children emergency hospital
