the parking was easy

should be parking for guest only in front hotel..

they refused to accommodate our request for early check in at 2

for late check out around 1

tried to call many times to confirm about early check in and about facilities but no answer

very spacious room with a nice bar table connecting to the kitchenette and sink

we had a wonderful staycation at your hotel with our kids

room nice place safe for kids very recommended for those who have kids to stay here n the swimming pool is safe

however, the rooms were well maintained and the facilities like swimming pool and gym are awesome

his face was very unfriendly, no smile at all and no explanations on the facilities like pool, wifi, breakfast

cannot connect to wifi because ths connection is too low.

a bit regret is about the internet/wifi is too slow for me, working and chilling in the room just nice

i asked for late check out due to some problems, the motel charged me a very minimum charge

honest review: 1) when i requested for early check in the hotel management ask me to pay rm 30 where else other

just imagine you shower then your kids open the door

like it but for a couple the room will be considered as okay to stay but i think for family with kids may regard

will definitely bring my kids next time just so they can experience this superb hotel
