we informed laundry and the front desk, multiple times

charged me a pet fee even though i have a service dog

charged $25 for resort fee when there is no pool, hot tub, or fitness center because of construction…and even worse being charged $45 for parking

the spa is a nice plus

was hoping for a pool for my grand daughters.

he has given us room upgrades when our room wasn't ready when we needed it and he always gives us late check out when we ask for it

love the owner monty he is always flexible with late check in and late check out and his rates are very competitive for the spa rooms

listing for the property says there was a spa and sauna

they would have put us on the first floor since we had two kids 5 years old and under

from the room to the pool to breakfast was really nice

spa was dirty and we could not go into it

my kids loved everything about it and can't wait to come again

a room with a fridge / microwave (not all rooms have it) but i saw a microwave for public in the laundry room
