i used the laundry room, which was very helpful

clean friendly staff coin laundry on site modern

wifi not so good

laundry room was convenient and the non-smoking policy was key for us (they have a smoking room in

also liked that they gave us some sleepwear which was useful when going down to level 2 to do the laundry

the facilities were clean, we were able to do some laundry, the bed was comfy

the laundry room had a bit of a musty smell but otherwise was solid.

the instruction of laundry isn't clean as the laundry operation require me to purchase laundry powder at front

location convenience cost wifi shower room personal lockbox

a theater) - very comfy rooms - not too crowded (never had an issue using the bathrooms) - great wifi - great

are a few laundry machines

breakfast selection

the buffet breakfast was something we looked forward everyday

breakfast was very good, quite the variety

buffet breakfast is also good

room accommodates up-to 6 beds, size is pretty good, it has a seperate couch tv area, kitchen, laundry

wifi is fast ;)) over all, i would like to bok here again if we ever comeback to sapporo

the hotel was very clean, our twin beds were large and comfortable, the wifi was stable

only complaint is bar closed at 9 pm and coming back at 905pm i missed out my complimentary drink whilst barman

the elderly man who served us our drinks at the bar was nice too

wifi connection was also stable and reliable throughout my stay

smoking smell

breakfast was okay

are limited food options for breakfast, but if you grab a chicken from family mart to go with the curry in the

breakfast was very poor

breakfast was pathetic and not worth the money
