the honesty bar is a great addition, but perhaps the liquor is over priced

was very rude and racist, refused to help with the wifi and ignored us whenever we had a question

parking spaces are limited and fill out fast during popular periods, so be sure to arrive earlier

wifi did not work at all and could not get fixed so we could not tale care of some things we had

long in the lounge, and when i was trying to use my tablet on the couch (with very poor and slow wifi) , they

marta, on reception, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help up and allowed an early check in

the lighting in our kitchen was a bit weak. the selection of tv channels was quite limited.

that the tent we stayed at was across a small public road (terra batida), especially if you have kids, so they

you are encouraged to use a community kitchen rather than your own in your apartment

the room has not much natural light. you have to love frogs because pool is full of them.

amazing breakfast and yulia is just so sweet and warm

much, it could only improve by a daytime bar near the pool so one could have a morning coffee sitting on the

whom they got involved into helping around the hotel daily rhythm and that was better than any kids club

had a small issue with laundry service but it was sorted in the end

wonderful amenities, access to walks and lots of activities to pick from if you traveling with kids

kids using the spa as a normal play pool in the afternoons/evenings because it was windy outside
