super friendly and accomodating staff! very large area and varieties of pool!

plenty of pool and rooms to stay. i preferred off season to checkin for more private moment.

we particularly enjoyed the private hot spring pool, which was very romantic and soothing

one of the highlights is the natural spring water (“bukal”) used in the pools—it’s not chlorinated, so

perfect for water activities, esp the wave pool and the hot water from the bucal

nice, near mall, beside road cons: weak ac, no toiletries (aside from 1 soap and 1 towel for 2 adults, and

12:30pm which was 1 hr and 30 mins ahead from the check in time they asked us to pay 350 for early check in

we stayed here as a gift from my fiance. i really enjoyed the jacuzzi pool
