was a construction/remodeling work going on and workers had too much visibility of the pool area

+perfect sized pool +lots of sunbeds with mattresses + parking in front of the property +the outdoor area is

mobile carrier doesn't have a roaming partner in aruba, so i was relying on the airport wifi)

poor wifi signal inside the rooms. the hotel would include coffee maker into the kitchen

everything. especially the pool which was not cold at all the whole day. just fabulous!!!

my lack of data/ wifi made checking in alone a tad anxious- but this was no fault of theirs

want a pool or cold outdoor spa becaue if is hot walking around aruba but it's not a deal breaker

island with walking distance to the downtown where you can find many of the great restaurants and casino

there was a small sitting area, and our room adjoined the pool/garden area

no complaints. only thing that could be improved is the wifi in the upstairs bedrooms.

the pool was great, the front seat reps were always friendly and helpful

no umbrellas at the pool, definitely necessary because of the sun.

hotel transfer with stay would be amazing and better service at the bars in the hotel and pool

location right on palm beach, really friendly and helpful staff, clean beautiful rooms, adults

they also have golf cart to take you to the beach if you just want a 3 minute ride

way too overbuilt. beach and pool way too crowded. i would suggest the ocean club instead

pools, lazy river, jacuzzis, water slide and beachfront were great and clean, and the staff was

first day or 2 we did not need or request room service and hung the sign saying so on the door but the other

was lovely- one of the best massages i've had outside of southeast asia, and it was nice to see a gym, albeit

wifi on the beach could be better. also there was no roomservice available

lovely & cosy without noice and loud music. good kitchen to cook your own meals.
