the room was up to standard, the spa tub was amazing and clean

the spa tub in the room was repaired but it could be easily broken again

spa tub had dead spiders and some dirt

father in law was not included in complimentary breakfast even though i paid for 3 adults and 2 kids to book the suite

in a good condition with lots of helpful extras as fully equipped kitchenette, balcony and indoor pool with jacuzzi

used the pool and the jacuzzi without showering, as there were no showers nearby

the location is great. also love the hot tub and indoor pool.

the ev chargers were available and necessary since we needed to charge our electric vehicle to travel

staff very friendly! unique experience for the kids!!! really great experience!

the sofa bed on which my kids slept was a bit on the small side for 2 kids (narrow).

will excitedly return w the kids for a more rustic experience

what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

kitchenette in room but totally empty - no cutlery, crockery etc, not even a glass to have a glass

coffee pot or sink in the kitchenette

staff said they did not have a kitchen

no charging ports . a little kitchenette, but not a single glass, silver ware, plate etc...

never said we couldn't play music and all the other guest enjoyed it with their families and kids as well

there are charcoal grills a place for kids to play plus a mini golf course on the property

stay was very good, the hotel is clean, has a good breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools
