the pool and jacuzzi were both well-kept and clean

the wifi and internet wasn't working good at all

convenient to downtown hyannis. no need to drive, just a walk across the parking lot!

there is a restaurant at the end of the property of which patrons clog up the hotel parking lot

is really central and the parking is convenient

they didn t have room service and didn t have breakfast

not offered wifi at check and cell service was not good at all

the pool was open and clean, and the beach was just a 10 minute drive (depending on which one you

you don t need to spend money and time to park you car in the busy ocean beach parking

the daily breakfast was amazing! the pool areas were really clean and well thought out.

last year and came back again this year - big bonus for this year - they just installed inground pool outside

pool area was nice also, they even had toys for the kids to use in the pool

20ish old kids packed a room 2 down from us and partied all night

no bed pad on the mattress thus just mattress and sheet wifi was

kids partying right outside our door until 0300.

it's nice being able to grill burgers and hot dogs for lunch for the kids and not have to just have cold lunches

they have a beach bar which is nice

convenience imaginable from kitchen gadgets to towels to dvds and the check out was so convenient

check in was easy and there was no fee for early check in and no security deposit

swimming pool beautiful, grounds super plus with flowers, tables, ducks, shade, etc

having our own patio, coffee and access to the backyard, our duck friends, we appreciated the late check out

also hard to get table in restaurants or in beach bar as open to public

would have loved a breakfast bar with yogurts, muffins, fruit & coffee to grab on our way out in the mornings

the room was super clean and the fireplace was a bonus!
