the breakfast was poor selection and mainly thought from the point of view of a japanese palate.

unfortunately, they did not have a self service laundry room

also, it would be useful to have a self service laundry facility within the hotel

the breakfast at the hotel is more than satisfying

the thing that i loved most was the huge buffet style breakfast

baths were across the parking lot and a bit of a walk, considering it was winter, it was not very comfortable

the restaurant offered both western and japanese breakfast, and relaxing, calm ambiance all around

breakfast is excellent! yummy!

there is a bus shuttle from the arimaonsen railway station to the hotel but you have to call the hotel if you

lin for his excellent services and valuable advices that we had a great stay in arima and at spa terrace shisui

drinks at the piano bar were a perfect start to an evening

and the free shuttle is provided to bus or train stations all the time if you don t want to walk

great location, easy walk to arima onsen town, additionally very convenient shuttle service

and spacious room with in-room private onsen, very good traditional japanese dinner and breakfast

great dinner and breakfast

excellent 10 course of japanese style dinner and breakfast

wifi signal was pretty weak

make sure to take advantage of their free shuttle van service, which you'd have to inquire

the room was perfect and immaculately clean, good working wifi connection and a very comfy bed

no coin laundry :( but i guess this isn't your usual business hotel.

the decor does need an upgrade and i wished that they had a coin laundry area for being such a massive hotel,

the gym and pool are in great condition and very modern

the breakfast is good

the gym and pool are in great condition and very modern

floor stank of cigarettes even though we had asked for a 'no-smoking' floor

location and facilities provided ie laundry

the breakfast is simple japanese cuisine and have noticed many locals staying and eating breakfast

close to the station, clean, wide bed, nice staff, fabulous breakfast.

the laundry room is very convenient

great location, helpful and very friendly staff. delicious breakfast, nice amenities.

i couldn t use wifi

access to coin laundry, friendly staff which know english.

it could be one more laundry machine.

the room was not ok for two adults, too small and the bed was too small.

there are no laundry facilities in the hotel but they do have a laundry service

the wifi was slow and a bit patchy, cutting out occasionally.

wifi wasn't working correctly.

wifi was unavailable

nice apartment with fully stocked kitchen and washing machine

spacious, complete amenities for all (toilet, bedroom, kitchen)
