no pool but we located very nice public outdoor pool about 2kms from hotel
helpful staff an issue with wifi was resolved quickly and pleasantly, and good suggestions for where to
the room was spacious with lovely interesting view all topped off by a wonderful jacuzzi spa bath
we ended up taking the suite (at special price too) with a huge bath/spa in the middle of the room
sockets, lights and the router for the wifi was behind the tv and therefore reception was excellent

it has a nice restaurant and bar that we enjoyed
wifi was reliable and facilities were functional
was no breakfast served or restaurant/ bar open or available during our stay
there is a lovely looking resteraunt and terrace bar and you step out on too the city walls pathway
wifi was very slow. room was good but could have had more facilities.

once again for check-out i had to look for someone (she was in the kitchen) because the reception is left alone
the hotel had a bar and restaurant within with good food and friendly staff
wifi in the bedroom was very poor and we had to descend to the breakfast room to get any connection
the staff was courteous and breakfast was delicious

breakfast was excellent and the caparinha cocktail in the bar was a delight
