the out door swimming pool is very small and unkept

included was nice and the gym facilities were decent although i ended up running outside in the beautiful slc air

the breakfast is beyond expectation. we arrived late but the staff was super nice and helpful.

the gym had a simple or complex cable machine

no microwave and there was no gym.

one person working in the bar was not enough

one of the bartenders at the lobby bar was very rude and unprofessional.

the area was residential but we were still close to everything, and there was easy parking as well

there was good off street parking and a couple of pleasant spots to sit outside

the house has a very nice interior and parking at the back

ok, well, maybe getting my truck in and out of the parking lot was a little tight, but nothing i couldn't handle

pool isn’t heated, there was a guy swimming in his underwear, not real appropriate for my kids to see

room thermostat foul smoke odor in non smoking room jets in spa did not work waited for hours to check

pool was a bit cold

the pool was clean and lots nice water temperature.

i went with my kids and we were all let down by the temperature

staff was provided w the documentation of my service dogs upon my check-in but then charged me a pet fees

i appreciated having a gym available

laundry room was what i needed at that time, for me spot on

there were laundry facilities which were a distinct plus in our case, so that was wonderful

i also how quick the check in was n how they accommodated me with a late check out

was not given a wash cloth i had to ask for this item twice from the woman doing laundry

we used the laundry room and that was clean, easy to use, and safe

very comfortable and the spa bath was just amazing, the bridal veil falls suite had a lovely rainfall shower

very unique and the fresh breakfast croissants was very delicious

the spa tub in the room was great too

that they provided the cooking and eating ware.. they offered free laundry .

property had everything i needed & more; free laundry facilities, a kitchen, lovely soaking tub, tv, desk & a little store for snacks, etc

gym was nice. washer and dryer were free.

like remodeled everything new and clean, my room was a long stay one included a little kitchen

wifi was awful. they charged me twice on my card.

the she cried and milked it after that the next day she took the key to the water slide and the kids almost didn’t get to use it
