electronically requested airport shuttle service at 5am and received an email stating my request was approved

adults drinking in the bar and leaving the young kids to run wild in the halls until 10:30pm

advertised to have shuttle to airport but pretty limited hours and had to call ahead to schedule

filtered water was available in the gym so it was ultimately a nonissue

we got back after the concert, the bar closed early so we couldn t sit and relax after getting kids to the room
