it's a great place to go shopping and a great hotel for our kids

the wifi didn't work

small parking no breakfast !

my kids were incredibly surprised by the water park

tablets in rooms are dead. impossible to call for room service without going to the front desk

arrived after a day of skiing and were able to use the new private nordic spa :) the owners are fantastic - kind

we didn't have our swimming suits so we could not use their beautiful pool.

wifi was good and available throughout the property

the slippers for the hotel and the spa were a little confusing at first but well explained

were in a studio on the ground floor, the place was big enough with a bedroom a kitchen, a couch and a dining

parking around back, helpful host, close to downtown restaurants and businesses, exceptionally

we used the full kitchen in the visitors lounge to make our picnic lunch and store our food

the closest parking lot being 3 min down the hill it could be tough to get in the house for you

the kitchen was a shelf had to remind him i was the customer not his colleague

the kitchen in my room was lacking cookware

nice big and clean rooms right in downtown with free parking.

the fitness center was poorly maintained (was one of our choosing factors), we could not stop the air

very fast wifi! great location with free parking. extremely friendly staff.

you can do your laundry for free, which is very convenient

view, pet friendly, the flowers, comfortable bed, cleanliness, the area, politeness, the pool, responsible staff

i didn't love was the wifi, it had a really poor signal.

beautiful location next to the saguenay river. access to picnic tables, bbq, and heated pool.

i was looking for a place with a pool for the kids

the check out at noon was also nice to be able to relax and have some time to enjoy the pool before check

pool, jacuzzi or spa would have been nice.

the parking was super convenient. the location was great too.

hotel is situated in middle of a shopping mall parking lot, and is about 10 to 30 minutes from local attractions

shower not great mattress but ok amazing views and excellent eggs benedict terrible wifi in the room
