the staff was very helpful in assisting us with the laundry facilities, and the charge for doing laundry was very reasonable

if you are looking for any amenities like a pool or fitness room go elsewhere

we arrived, we waited in the lobby for over an hour before someone eventually came up from the laundry room

called front desk no help basically said we do our laundry at night

also the staff was lovely, the shower/bathroom very nice and we had a good breakfast (pancakes, bread, egg, cereal)

they scrambled around to get change for the laundry
