no effort put in when cleaning smoking rooms

rooms are nicely updated/ i like all the security cameras/parking lots nicely lit up

parking lot could have been nicer

neeeded a light over the kitchenette area

it was a pleasant surprise that there was a kitchen sink and a regular size refrigerator

bathroom was excellent; very quiet, lots of parking

wifi was terrible - had to use my phone

pet friendly, close dog walking area, doggy bags and a special container for dog feces, no extra

nothing other than the fact they didn t have wifi

the pet area is large and very well-kept

wifi was not so great but overall it was a great stay

being woke up all night because of kids running screaming slamming doors it was ridiculous

little pricey but the kids loved it,hopefully we get to come back next t vacation

kids running around all night and in the dining room with out shoes or socks

room service never brought me towels or cleaned my room.

laundry facilities for guests exceeded expectations

they even provided a shuttle to our concert venue- real nice

i appreciated having gym laundry and shuttle service to the airport

i was not told anything about breakfast

the hotel shuttle driver had day off, so, hotel paid for other ride to airport

sidewalks and the parking areas were not cleared of the snow other than a little path on the side walks

appreciate that on a few days i was able to do a early check in

i went back to the parking lot and she was screaming at my wife and daughter in the car

when going in person to get key card, they always charge anywhere from 30 to 80 dollars more, $30 early check

room service, laundry is in the next motel over which was only one machine looked nasty and creepy

wish the extra $ for the pet policy was clearer on the site

we found swedish fish on the carpet with one smashed and fingernail clippings on the nightstand

we got coupons for the restaurant so we ordered room service which was prompt and the food was amazing

no room service. and no bath tub

also, parking is very limited

were told the restaurant was closed yet again as it was labor day monday, not only that the but bar was also

view of parking lot was a bit disappointing. ask for a street or river view.

i loved the fireplace in my room and the robes.

were there for the beloit college graduation and could walk up the hill without needing to find parking on campus

room service, great in room coffee, pet friendly!

2) we had difficulty finding parking on saturday night and ended up across the street in the bank parking lot

only ate breakfast 1 morning as my girls and i slept in because our flight was so delayed

ada room was very spacious, the parking lot was well thought out, the staff was very accommodating and the

lack of handicap parking spots bothered me

this hotel was very attractive. the rooms were well appointed. breakfast was included. we

pool not at all busy on weekends

a saline pool, gym with laundromat attached called spin-cycle, huge breakfast selection in a beautiful light

no complaints maybe better accessible parking and entry to the building?

good location for over night stop. room had mini kitchen and good seating arrangement.

are pet friendly, but didn't tell us there was a $35/night upcharge for our dog
