not really good wifi connection, and the room needs renovated

the lady behind the bar my missus reckons she hot

the wifi is so poor, we can t use it at all

conveniently located with a lot of off street parking

brilliant location great friendly staff, off street parking easy to find!

room service every day

of the room wifi worked in afternoon wouldn't at night with autistic kids was not good as need it for

the fireplace was a lovely bonus

room was next to the kitchen so around 7am when breakfast service began there were loud banging doors that woke

mini kitchen/dining missing little things like dish soap and sponge for practicality.

breakfast is amazing - made to order

beautiful property, quiet and very comfortable. plenty of parking on site.

there is a laundry with one washing machine and dryer you can use in office hours

the kids loved having their own room with a tv in it

wifi service is good

- also this motel has a cool tower you can walk up to see the mountain plus a laundry at the back, they even

the wifi wasn't the best, but to be honest it isn't something we really mind.

the good thing about this property is that they provide a laundry room which is free for use

nothing other than parking a bit tight for large vechiles

on site laundry

the car parking was also a pleasant convenience

availability of laundry, breakfast to room

the room service dinner was also fantastic reasonably priced and really delicious

cleaning ladies looks very sad. they forgot to clean the room. laundry was good but too pricy.

room is spacious with everything you need, with onsite communal laundry availble at $8

great for kids, mine made friends and off they went playing at the playground, swimming in the pool and came

the thought of being shut in to a small motel room with no conveniences such as a kitchen and laundry

hotel is nice and has required amenities, room service is good. food us good and reasonable.

the location is extremely convenient and the car park / bar / bistro were all very convenient things to have

even the bar downstairs wasn't an issue

value for money, friendly staff and great room service menu

kitchen closed when room service advertised as available

the property had good laundry facilities

off street parking at rear of building

clean but small room. great shower. fast wifi. bit noisy.

location with the bar and restaurant close by

small room and no wifi

on site small gym and laundry

wifi keeps dropping out

we did not use the kitchen much but it had all we needed when we did some cooking

there is a small gym and a small laundry

wifi unreliable and phone reception also was not good in room

place, placed almost in the centre of hobart, 5 minutes form the port area and with a proper wifi network

salamanca markets, shopping, groceries all in a very short walk, which was done easily with young kids

wow it s pet friendly

also noted laundry available on site which is a great idea

had two small kids who froze

pool was filled with kids

were too close and second bathroom was on the other side of the apartment needed more kitchen items i

clean, modern rooms, a well-sized gym with new equipment and clean towels

no parking on-site no kitchenette ..a little overpriced

wonderful cooked breakfast, kudos to the chef and kitchen crew with their attention to detail and friendly

wifi slow and desk lighting for work was poor

beautiful modern bathroom with spa bath and the best shower ever and the most comfortable king size bed

breakfast was lovely; hotel tour was very informative staff was very friendly and helpful

spa was great, free parking too

it was fine dining or room service

the room was rather small and not much kitchen amenities.

i was there over easter and the kitchen was closed except for breakfast

the kitchenette is as very sparse in terms of crockery and cutlery - there weren t 5 of everything

was very basic, no facewasher, not sure if they have free wifi as there was no info book in the room

location staff friendliness room price cleaners free wifi

we ordered room service several times and they were divine

liked the little gym and laundry

only downfall was breakfast options were limited

the breakfast was sensational and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and

comfortable room. free wifi was excellent.

centrally located. free self-service laundry available.

couldnt turn off bathroom light. no info regarding laundry (out of order)

although containing a bar the place closed at 9pm so noise was not an issue

located directly above a gaming bar - only an issue while it was open but it did close early so not an issue

liked the view from the hotel room, the cooking from breakfast and the very friendly service

hour on arrival quick check in, nice comfortable rooms, great location, breakfast great, kids get free ice cream

the complimentary laundry facility

support by staff facilities: genuine lounge area, bar and eats, laundry, major stop for tour

were very friendly, and room service was exceptional

the staff member did his utmost to get this sorted, suggesting i partake in a delicious cooked breakfast whilst

update your wifi so that it can operate it in the room.

wifi connection in the room was strong and stable too

very tight kitchen layout

the room service and the convenience of secure parking

the staff were nice, the bed was super comfortable, food from the restaurant and room service was delicious,

no windows, no wifi and no desk in the room.

there was also free wifi

no laundry available, no hairdryer no dining table

the staff and the location both were excellent.moreover the free wifi was great.

if the wifi could expand to upstairs( by use some wifi extender) could be very better.

the gym is a bit small, but ok for both cardio and strength training.

great location . beautiful hotel , great breakfast, nice bar , great staff.

stay at the tasman hobart hotel was absolutely phenomenal

so we went out as our kids would never eat $50 each worth of food at breakfast (and that is the add-on tariff

was great, rooms were comfortable, gym was well appointed

the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant setting is beautiful with its sandstone walls and fireplace

the bar and restaurant had good options and great service

the bathroom was quite small for my 6 3 husband. would of been nice if the fireplace worked

the room comes with a living area complete with work desk, fireplace, television, couch and a four seater dining

breakfast menu was great

value for money, good & clean rooms, laundry and gym facilities

the wifi wasnt the best but overall would recommend this

great facilities and walking distance from everything you need. good clean laundry on site.

value for money, good & clean rooms, laundry and gym facilities

size of the room, laundry room location

on-site guest laundry at no charge was very useful

if they had after hours reception, fancier toiletries and the bar was open they could charge 3 times as

no laundry and a long wait for the hot water to through.

laundry available with provided soap staff member matt was certainly helpful at continental

everything you need is in the room, comfortable beds and pillows, parking on the property and breakfast was

i understood that there is a restaurant/ pub downstairs, the noise from next door eg movement, kids, doors

free wifi was fantastic

very welcoming staff, nice view to the harbor and very clean, free parking

the clean and comfortable room with easy access and good parking

on easter monday, i was keen to do some laundry, but access to the hotel & reception was locked, so i could

used the bar and restaurant for an evening meal

loved the swimming pool bed very comfortable great location and quiet.

the spa and pool were both fantastic

very limited parking, room only had decaff coffee, wifi wasn't very reliable.

staff were lovely and helpful..my kids had the best time.

bathroom was amazing but the pool and sauna were definitely the highlight for both myself and the kids

such wonderful staff from front desk to bar to cleaning and breakfast

wifi access was limited to 3 devices

modern, quiet, perfect location, pool to entertain the kids in, very clean, perfect for underground parking

parking was excellent

has free laundry facilities for guests use

perfect spot, 50 mts from the action, great comfortable room and very handy laundry with dryers.

we loved that we had a sofa and kitchen area too

wifi included

loads of parking and super close to everything

time limitations of being able to use the laundry meant we couldnt use the laundry.

very rude and unfair and had music blasting until 4 am in there room woke both kids multiple times other then

on site parking

friendly staff good location parking availability

airconditioning, awful fan noise from kitchen and dryers

very noisy kitchen exhaust fan nearly directly below room - it did stop about 9:30 pm but room was vibrating

steak night, we can smell the fumes from kitchen to our room, cant smell it outside or hallway

and bar were great and i was travelling with my mum who has coeliac disease and she was easily catered

having a guest laundry was convenient

bar area was very cosy

fun nights good parking

you also have everything you need downstairs: restaurant and bar with the coolest jazz live playing on thursdays

food at the hotel was first rate, great parking and beautiful modern facilities

they also have car parking which is very hard to find in hobart

maybe the lack of parking, but street parking wasn't an issue

the kitchen, dining and lounge areas were simply divine

location was great and parking permit was a bonus

parking wasn t an issue either as it s possible to get a resident parking permit

always a cake or muffins in the kitchen for guests

wifi was very patchy, it didn't work the first couple of days but worked perfect on the last night

look good room and bathroom but weak wifi.

lots of parking

the wifi signal was very weak.

not enough car parking spots

the kitchen had everything we needed

small kitchen to prepare meals and coles supermarket is next door

liz was really helpful during the check-in and also helping us with the self-use laundry

parking was free and close to shops close to bus stop. laundry clean and easy to use.

more kitchen equipment ie a bottle opener

no kitchenette

quiet rooms (despite the nearby highway) and ample parking

room service was really poor

no laundry washing sachets available on site or at woolies as advised so had to purchase 1ltre for

laundry access was not late enough.

more room service and mini bar options

com it stated free mini bar but mini bar was definitely not free

the car parking too narrow, difficult to get in and out.

basic room service would have been amazing too (toasties, pasta, meals easily warmed do no chef

breakfast and dinner served in the beautiful conservatory overlooking the garden and mt wellington

was our first trip as a couple without our kids

great pool, spa, gym etc for everyone included as well as free parking and great location next to the water

the cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a significant factor when traveling with kids

would be great to see the pool / gym updated

tv interface with netflix was slow, seemed to be working off the wifi rather than hard wired, which made loading

all the kitchenette facilities were practical.

very friendly stuff, helped with free laundry powder

parking available

like the fact we could here the kids playing up in the next room (walls obviously too

staff were very friendly, location is perfect, easy parking

we loved having a table on the back patio, two doors for entry, access to a clean laundry room, and many nice

nice and pleasant but clearly struggling with the number of patrons and malfunctions from the kitchen

onsite laundry facilities were a bonus

hotel was really nice, everything is so new, there is pokies food bar etc on site

also had a laundry on site

the mini bar was full of dust, though everything was in date which was good

room size was nice, shower water pressure was good. lots of parking.

have a few extra power points could have room service but the above did not detract from a great

good location for early morning flight from hobart

the rooms were spotless and heaps of parking

no kitchen and laundry

a great base for an extended stay in hobart and the kingston hotel next door has a play area for kids so would

excellent from reception to great room, free guest laundry and bistro meal

amount of space in the room a mini bar would of been ideal

there was no distinct signs directing you to the area that was open to check in, which was at the bar but we

the restaurant was impressive and breakfast delicious

great breakfast

the estate is outstanding and our room was super affordable and included a generous buffet breakfast

downside was breakfast

the only downside is having to drop your bags off at the room and parking the car a bit further away
