clean pool

the pool was out of service do to storm damage but they were working in it

really enjoyed the pool and the view we had

liked that we were able to use the nearby hotels pool and hot tub since the hotel we stayed at didn’t have their pool filled

pool and hot tub how very nice the owners are how big the rooms are

only thing i wasn't fond of being older people was the small kids running back and forth in and out of the pool and hot tub

really impressed the kids

lugging kids and all our luggage upstairs wasn't fun

will have to try summer when the pool is open

was clean the people at the were courteous and pleasant to talk mini breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and easy to get to the pool was great and clean

it would be nice if them to update the website like the gym is closed and the outdoor pools are closed but they did have an indoor pool that was open

the laundry is nice to have

things were like soda machine doesn't work and the gym equipment was not working

love encore bar and grill joint great bands that played there and the dj at the pool was great

need a contental breakfast. need an outdoor pool besides the encore swim up bar for children

the only thing i didn t like as much was how hectic it was finding a parking spot.

by the time we took a shower it was to late to switch rooms with the kids

breakfast buffet was fair, no complaints

the pool and hot tub was open until midnight

it was relaxing sitting out on the patio of our room, relaxing at the pool and the kids are normally hard to please

stayed here before, was in building behind pool & was thinking it had an elevator

great location. i loved they had laundry facilities right down the hallway. comfortable room.
