pool was great & loved being given a shuttle to encore for the swim-up bar & restaurant, etc

the laundry is nice to have

the “gym” was one functional treadmill and a low-end cable machine

great venues! lots of fun stuff to do like swim up bar and indoor pool!

pool and hot tub was closed

staff, clean room, nice continental breakfast and overall clean facility

nothing but gmo wheat products for breakfast. fat food.

water pressure was nice and the indoor pool/hot tub was amazing ud83dude0a

my kids like the donuts and i like the bagels

for a four-star hotel, there was not room service

breakfast buffet was fair, no complaints

great location to bars, restaurants and shopping

no room service and no vending machines anywhere

it was relaxing sitting out on the patio of our room, relaxing at the pool and the kids are normally hard to please

liked that we were able to use the nearby hotels pool and hot tub since the hotel we stayed at didn’t have their pool filled
