the pool closes at 9:30

great breakfast, everything you need was convenient. gas, restaurants, shopping.

wifi was useless wouldn t hardly load anything

i have 2 young kids and my son is autistic and jumps and has a small screaming issue but i informed the front

the bed sheets had several cigarette burns in them (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room)

i booked a queen smoking room with a jacuzzi

and they were smoking outside our door and the odor came in

where the pool is supposed to be located is now a large hole filled with rocks

crack heads in parking lot, dirty, no blankets

entire time there were arguing and fighting in the parking lot and police being called

the kitchen in our room.

the new room didn't have a fireplace like the previous room and was missing a tv remote

was clean and comfortable, staff was very courteous and accommodating, food was good, nice pool

there were some security issues with the wifi, it took me a while to connect it

only neg comment would be the pool is very small

offered late check out, beds were comfortable

wifi is great and the staff are very kind

there's also a shuttle bus on property that operates from 4am to 11pm

the staff overcharged the card, they try to make seem like i was a liar and i was hiding a pet when i was hold

provided in hotel so we couldn't watch tv- didn't know we could only have one device connected to wifi so we

like the kitchenette but had to buy a coffeemaker, most overnight hotels even have a coffeemaker

service confusion given wrong room i had to check rooms myself fitted top sheets wifi bad and tv service

nights i stayed there the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because people where smoking in the

toilet (at the base where the toilet meets the floor) gym was horrid- treadmill just stopped 10 mins into my

wifi on the 3rd floor was pretty much non existent, had to go to the lobby to get reception

the fitness center appeared larger in the virtual tour. the parking was very full!

if you are traveling with a pet there's no better place to stay. they charge no pet fee.

it s close to wolfs ridge and is pet friendly.

breakfast was very busy with kids and families, but that didn't bother me as the dining area is spread out so

after hours kitchen and bar, understaffed, pizza burnt, $4 fountain coke that was gross and couldn't drink it

the bar after the hockey was great and the food was good

old room service was left in the hallway for multiple days and the wifi was confusing to use.

the bar wasn t my favorite. one small vodka soda was $20 .

the bar had a funky smell to it. did not want to spend time there.

their gym also lacks luster
