pool was 8-foot deep and very clean

the room was clean. the kids enjoyed the pool.

wifi, there was none. sink water ran as a dribble. no pressure.

the fridge was leaking all night .had a lil pool in the middle of the room

where the pool is supposed to be located is now a large hole filled with rocks

liked that the room had a jacuzzi tub in it, it was pool side, and on the back of the property

com and asked the guy if it had a swimming pool and he said yes it did that it was out side pool

man at the desk called for the shuttle and it was there in minutes to take us to the airport

the person how is in charge of the breakfast is very caring

shuttle could open earlier or 24 hr

my kids really liked the complimentary soda and popcorn also

staff was very helpful and the hotel bar/kitchen was top tier

close to arena also love the fact that they offer you evening drinks and snacks and breakfast

stay was great until my last night there, it was a ton of kids next door to my room, i got no sleep

we ordered from the bar and kitchen and the food was delicious as was my drink

they include a typical continental breakfast with waffle maker

wide variety for breakfast and it was good

were very nice, hotel was very clean, pool and workout room was perfect and loved the breakfast

the kids were really excited about the pool not being open and no hot breakfast that we thought would be available, but other than that my stay was good and i will stay

breakfast was not good. didn’t like the way eggs were prepared

it was clean and had a good gym. the location was great.

gym is tiny and the hotel was simply understaffed that weekend

the rooftop bar has the best view of the city and is beautiful

pool area to small no margarita glasses in any of the dinning areas

staff member we encountered was amazing from the check in to the bar and restaurant to the cleaning staff

due to covid the beautiful bar was closed and we could not use the free bikes

the bar had a funky smell to it. did not want to spend time there.

the bar wasn’t my favorite. one small vodka soda was $20….

the fitness center has new, nice equipment

like the kitchenette but had to buy a coffeemaker, most overnight hotels even have a coffeemaker

kitchen had no cooking essentials or utensils. no ice machines.

had to go to the desk for everything, toiletries, tp, kitchen not supplied at all

key, the beds looked like fold out beds and for a comfort suite, there were no utensils in the kitchenette

i mopped the vinyl floor on bath and kitchen area first night because i could tell it was dirty
