quiet, comfortable & functional room with great staff & excellent breakfast

we stayed a night with our two kids on way to the ferry at cherbourg

down was arriving at 10pm and being told with a raised hand to wait by the member of staff in the bar area

poor wifi, long wait, tiny elevator, no fridge, no water, very stuffy and old room

noisy customers using the bar underneath our room, traffic and cleaning trucks at 5am

given an upgrade to a garden room with kitchen - great as i was cycling & could prep food.

the wifi did not function at all

kitchen did not have any napkins or paper towels

would have liked more of a bar area and choice

location for our visit to a show, 7 minute walk to the venue, 15 minute walk to the bar and restaurant area

just the wifi needed a bit more power.
