they claimed to be pet friendly but pets were not allowed anywhere other than the room

the wifi kept dropping. the shower water wasn't hot. the hot tub was out of service.

no ice chests, no outside food which is ridiculous in my opinion, because they do not offer room service, and

it was in downtown and close to the malecon. we were able to swim and enjoy the pool and grill.
