could use better signage as we drove through the parking lot not knowing we were at the hotel

were a little unlucky and got room 228 (avoid if possible) which was directly above their laundry facilities

i should've been given an option for room to be placed next to a pet or not

was great except we didn't get to experience the bar because it was closed

and it's a main reason why i chose this hotel the pool jacuzzi and gym was closed down
