the pool was dirty and the hot tub was not cleaned or the ph balanced

they also have a gym, a swimming pool & a giant chess board

it’s quiet and adults only. not huge or busy.

spa services were wonderful

if you want a totally relaxing getaway, trillium resort and spa is the place to be

no breakfast, but lots of places close by

maybe the hours for breakfast could extend till 10:00am!

no breakfast available due to covid restrictions, but that is being slightly critical

first day the pool worked on the second and third day the pool was closed for repairs, the children were very

just thought the pool had a lot of chlorine but it was clean and with all the safety accessories

variety of free breakfast decent pool and mini-gym that was available lots of parking and dq/walmart next

staff as very accommodating i requested an early check in and they were able to provide me with it

gym facilities were a little old and one treadmill was broken

early check in was nice, beds were comfy, free wifi and parking

poor bathroom sink was not working cockroach was found it was very unpleasant kids were not happy at all

we are an older couple and we had a family above us that kept us up all night with kids running around and spilling milk through the balcony to ours

pool, although hard to find, was nice for the kids

of hockey kids go here and there mom's n dads kids running around the halls all the way up to 11 pm even 15

kitchen being short staffed made it hectic looking for napkins and milk etc

the kids loved the pancake station where they did their own.

the service was way above and beyond. everyone was helpful and and polite, especially with kids.

i've seen other units in that region who let their breakfast room open and place a coffee machine accessible to guest, but that's them
