internet wifi dropout is frequent. needs to look into this.

the room also with basic facilities etc kitchen facilities and toileries

the road - noisy!!! and wifi didn't work unfortunately

the car parking is horrible for larger family cars. very steep

bathroom was spacious, kitchen well equipped

complimentary wifi was much needed

friendly staff and easy parking. great access to the town and airport.

close to cbd. good parking facilities

the spa was a fantastic experience and the bed was comfy.

convenient car parking at back or across road

guest laundry extremely useful with quick machines, although one of the two dryers was out of order

laundry close 10pm

wifi wouldn't work for my laptop

of kids with no supervision in the pool and had a few near misses of hitting their head when jumping

a bit noisy as the ground floor is bar and restaurant, but it's an acceptable volume.

was one staff member thought it was more important to have a personal phone call behind the bar than serve me

wifi did not work there, the signal was v weak and faded in and out constantly- disappointing

area where they won t disturb other guests no shampoo, conditioner no hair dryer very poor wifi small poky

very comfy, food taste sensation, plenty of space for parking camper trailer, staff most

wifi ok

lovely staff, central location, easily accessible laundry..

staff were lovely and the room service staff were forever helpful

room service wasn t available

wifi not strong

cleanliness was extremely high during our whole stay, not only in the room but the corridors and laundry room

the fittings are mega dated and very tired and the kitchenette didn't have a sink

bright lighting outside meant room was fairly light during the night- hard with trying to get kids to sleep as

there was a seating area by reception, but wanted to sit closer to the beach and watch the kids play

excellent bar and restaurant

great view, good location, bath spa - fantastic after long trip, amazing restaurant !!!

the staff in the bar, brandon and brandy were the best bar staff and really looked after us

the kitchen area was well equipped and big, although we didn't have time to cook there on this trip

views, great apartments, clean, nice decor, and everything you would need for your stay, even laundry powered
