great wifi and good breakfast

there is wifi and hot water.

the place has an amazing pool and in a very tranquil

very clean room, very cosy, owner incredibly friendly, yummy breakfast!

wifi connection not too great. but that did not bother us too much.

parking was an issue

location and breakfast!

free and good wifi

very friendly staff. quiet area. ample parking. comfortable bed.

the pool was lovely to swim in and the staff are very friendly and helpful

the quietness at night, the pool view,

nice food and clean place... i will come for pool party with my friends ud83dude04ud83dude04

the kitchen and shower were not clean

parking was easily accessible, close to beachfront and stores

the room was very cozy with a decent kitchen and bathroom

wiliam was also friendly and very accomodative, the staff also they were very friendly, loved the pool

size of unit and useful kitchenette

free wifi unusable and not worth considering. very tired hotel.

the guest wifi is somewhat slow and diffcult to use if working.

wifi was a bit intermittent.

breakfast was great, wouldhave been nice if there were some halal options

room service and dinner was great

swimming pool

breakfast staff know how to serve their customers, communication, foyer waiting area comfortable, parking service

wifi was fast, staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean

free parking too

4am you are awaken by noise of either kids playing or phone calls on speakers

service is great, the place is safe, has a parking and ubers can fetch you af the door

overall good experience as usual - non smoking - clean - friendly staff and convenient

for a short stay with 1 kids, its clean and walking distance to restaurants and the beach

apartment, decent wifi, secure and safe with 24/7 security, good restaurants within 100m, secure parking, nice

location and clean swimming pool

the courtyard was beautiful with a very nice swimming pool

no disibilty parking. but we will be back. darryl prowse george southern cape

also even though it stated that wifi was available, when we arrived it was not

the restaurant and pool area were my favorite spots

my kids are still amazed, i enjoyed my stay

kids really loved swimming in the

they were able to place my kids and my room next to each other

is at least a queen or king bed; if the hotel has small rooms and unable to care for small kids, at least they

late check out was arranged and approved without any issues and at no charge. thank you so much!

they lock the doors to the pool/smoking area at 11pm

parking not being in the same building as hotel.

go through the swimming pool it's not wheelchair accessible and the bathroom also not wheelchair friendly

gym facility was poor and smelt

the parking area is not ideal, it's shared with the mall

breakfast should have been free , it's not five star if u have to pay for your own breakfast

we had breakfast at the mall-bootleggers it was really good.

very little or no privacy around the pool site

hotel is questionable in terms of the entrance in the busy mall and public access to the swimming pool where

the bar area was rowdy and uncomfortable to sit in

i didn't like the pool and gym it's a bit small

from the suite to the food, everything was lovely, and the little beach packages they gave to the kids

kids room also nice, breakfast the best ud83dudc4cud83cudffc my son and husband enjoyed the gym

more simple options on the dine in menu for kids.

hard and pillows i report alot of there was a flies in the food and the quality was tereible,no parking for

breakfast was awesome, basics in buffet setup

minors are kids for your information lady at the reception

room service was great

hotel is scrupulously clean, rooms are spacious, breakfast delicious and the staff responded positively whenever

the tv channels and wifi

were no wifi details and we were too lazy to ask reception as we got in late

the spa is great and the ambiance in the hotel makes the place peaceful

there was no wifi password in our room, we had to call & ask for it

beachfront location spa on the premises friendly staff

were looking forward to use the spa bath in the room

unfortunately the presence of monkeys in our kitchen and bathroom paid rest to that idea

everything! the fresh smell of the ocean. the sunsets. the room. the spa bath.

the pool most definitely, the rooms was clean and very good looking

no plug for kitchen sink. a broom in the room will do wonders

rooms are comfortable with good wifi and movies

pet friendly , country feel

besides the wifi that was giving problems, everything was top

wifi or cell phone signal

that there was no wifi
