pool area can get a little neglected

i had 7 kids n 3 adults

parking was a little far

everything was fantastic; staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, fantastic breakfast with lots of options, beautiful facility and amenities

the pool water temp was very cold not heated the pool could also use some cleaning

spotless rooms, beautiful pool and landscaping, great location

they also have a few odd policies, wrist bands to be in the pool area that if not returned will charge $35

pool was not open when we returned from all day activities. that was a bummer

pool and hot tub had too many bugs in it.

for the price it was really good. front desk people were amazing along with the breakfast staff.

breakfast wasn't anything to write about but something was provided

cafeteria for breakfast, but on the bright side, there was plenty of food and constantly refilling everything

location was great. we got up to kate for breakfast.

really an amazing family-oriented hotel with amazing staff the rooms are really clean the breakfast is amazing i don't see why paying $200 a night for a room when you can stay here and it's

noise every hour , kids from other guesses after midnight running past window and yelling ,the bath had mold and

breakfast was fine. good for the kids to eat before heading off to the water park.

like that fact that the only breakfast was store bought sandwiches along with the usual fruits and so on

we kayaked on lake erie, enjoyed the beach and pool, loved the restaurants and the staff

service at the bar was terrible.

for 5 nights in the middle of a road trip, it was a lovely break, nice to lie by the pool, great golf course, nice restaurant

we really enjoyed having the restaurant and bar on site!

we had a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette

the price was good and the room was nice with the split mini kitchen between the two beds.

the pool and hot tub were great and it was awesome we could bring our dog at no extra cost!

the breakfast was limited.

i couldn't get into the guest laundry room so the lady at the desk took my pants and shirt to the the hotel laundry and dryer

the washers in the laundry facility were both broke. the beds were small.

staff was excellent. hot breakfast was so good. there was 16 of us. we will be back

wonderful staff, excellent room, great breakfast.

there is a pool, didn't get to swim due to weather but it looked clean and small
