the bar and restaurant were poorly lit so it was hard to tell if they were open. but they were
to bar louie , enjoy the restaurant in hotel for breakfast server was awsone
they have amazing staff and pool
loved the properties room and pool area they were very safe when it came to the covid
the pool was not heated!

only ate the fruit because i got down 15 minutes before breakfast was ending
nice breakfast selections. quiet and clean! friendly staff. even the elevator was smooth!
breakfast selection could have been a little better but it was decent.

pool area seemed very dirty looking, not outdoor seating area
did not use pool area, but looked clean
nice staff, no issues had extra towels and wash cloths, pool was nice kids enjoyed very much

parking lot all tore up
wifi stopped working after 1 day
room service no phone no computer access refrigerator moaned and groaned when on
safe this is the place, it seams quiet no one hanging around but the cops all hours parked in parking lot
parking lot was like driving through a minefield, very bad

the pool for the kids
no pool no breakfast for the kids and i had three room
pool was too full had too many people and parents were drinking by the pool couldn’t enjoy the
was super cozy and quiet, the complimentary breakfast was great before i had to go to work, the pool was a little small but we had fun, our room was perfect

wish there were still sanitary wipes in the gym in the evening when i went to use the facility
enjoyed the shuttle to the airport
chelsi got us into our room quickly and filled us in on airport shuttles and parking
they carried our bags from the car, loaded them in the shuttle, and took us right to our gate
