i was not able to connect to your wifi

breakfast was very nice

few of the parking spots have big trees in front them which made it difficult to park your vehicle

they've got safe parking

a vegetarian, chef kim and the kitchen staff services exceeded my expectations they made my breakfast special

breakfast spread was amazing and such a bargain.

host was friendly, professional and very accommodating of us with our big trailer and sorting out parking

the bed was very comfortable, tv, wifi and most importantly friendly staff

parking was a bit tight , glad i had a small car

loved the ease of checking in and out and the ease of access to the parking and rooms

the casino people who bang doors when they come back from gambling.

parking securitys attitude and lack of helpfulness

spacious gardens. helpful front desk. very clean. good wifi signal in room.

was awesome and we enjoyed playing pool

from parking to chalet quite far

nothing, just wish the weather was warmer to utilise the lovely pool area

braaing at the pool area was also very nice

there is a fridge, microwave, stove and kitchen utensils to cook in the room

as i said i liked everything there cleanliness, mood from staff, wifi working nicely except that one mentioned

fact that is self catering but they don't have kitchen cloth, dishsoaps and number of plates according to number

a child under 12 months but we did not have any problems for me that was exceptional oh and the wifi oh my

welcoming and friendly cleaning staff came check if we comfortable location easy to find, allow early check in

were much larger than expected, breakfast selection was great, and parking was no problem

breakfast and location was perfect

also the hotel bar is good place to make friends and hang out, many locals come to drink there

cooked in the kitchen smells in the room and tobacco smoking smell at the bar is felt in the room and passages

they must do more when comes.to the breakfast

wifi was erratic

the rooms are a good size, wifi works well & the restaurant & bar has a large variety of options

i ordered something from the bar & decided to go to the nearest spar to get something

the room service meal i ordered from the hotel menu arrived cold

location, rooms, pool, staff, food all very high standard

pool too cold. i would prefer a heated pool to fully use available resources in the property

parking was far from the entrance, with lots of steps

cleane r pool

the evening and only stayed the night, but the place looked like it had lovely outside areas and pool etc

the parking being far from the rooms

initially i was apprehensive about leaving the car in the open parking of the shopping centre but it under 24

accessed even through we arrived very late safe parking in apartment basement safe enclosed

tv complicated to work / no instructions / wifi not great

fantastic rooms with comfortable beds. a nice kitchenette area and excellent wifi.
