right by the airport and a great pool!

had to leave before breakfast the morning so i didn't try it

firstly, i was placed in a deluxe room (much smaller than expected) that had no wifi and no phone

the front desk staff was so friendly even the security ensure me and my boyfriend got a proper parking

were very kind and offered me a free shuttle from and back to airport

the hotel offers the free shuttle service to the airport and they pick up you too

at 2am (our flight was delayed), and the staff at montecristo inn were able to pick us up in the shuttle despite

the wifi wasn t working on the roof terrace, and was sporadically working in my room

only downside was the wifi, which at 57mbs was basically fairly useless.

the on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to

to airport, staff very accommodating, they served us food even though their kitchen is normally closed on mondays

particularly enjoyed the roof bar plus there was plenty of secure parking

there are dining options available on site as well as room service which is convenient and the food is excellent

the food was not so spectacular. we returned the room service we ordered.

the wifi didn't work properly, the receptionist said someone could help me, but none was available

i got wet in the rain as parking for guest is a little distance from the point of check-in.

they had a lot of activities for the kids, scavenger hunt and petting zoo

room service did not replace towles after cleaning my room i had to wait 45 mins for replacement

of the machines in the gym were out of order

the gym was big and had plenty of machines and the infinity pool was very relaxing

was all good except for the parking i think if you are a guest you should be able to park inside and the visitors

the parking is limited on the compound

the mini bar was empty for the entire stay. the wifi was down for almost a day.

also, i would have wished that the room service during the last days of the stay would have been prompter,

a little expensive in my option but the wifi worked well and the staff were friendly
