the pool is amazing

restaurant and spa were closed due to covid

phuket, no transportation, service not so good facilities not upto mark, breakfast not included, spa not there

the pool was lovely! big and clean. the breakfast staff were so sweet!

night we stayed there were four guys drinking and making a lot of noise outside our room in the pool area, from

great breakfast, great pools with a lot of activities for kids and the perfect beach for kids: warm, shallow

for families with a fantastic kids pool and beautiful pools next to the amazing long sandy beach

have been in khaolak emerald beach resort and spa 2 times and we will definetely return

did not have power during few hours in two days and one day wifi was also down almost whole day

we loved the place, the staff, the pool. we can recommend it.

we really enjoyed the entertainment at the happy snapper bar just down the road, beautiful bar with live acoustic

a lovely stay, rooms spotlessly clean with wifi and a/c

so giving and helpful, the gardens are beautiful and the pool is perfect

the pool is small but lovely for a dip and i loved the hammocks by the pool…so relaxing

the pool is very clean, perfect for a cool off
