boat parking is easily accessible
vehicles with boats took up multiple parking spaces making it difficult to find parking
room is big and clean and quiet. excellent breakfast.

saw an empty candy wrapper on floor by laundry cart outside my room the day i arrived
early breakfast available, room was clean and comfortable. location is great.
