the wifi was also shocking never worked during the week, we reported it on the hyatt inclusive app and

we were disappointed with was the entertainment, it was really only aimed at the dozen or so kids that were

food was very good and the kids club

food on the all inclusive during lunch time wasn t the best but breakfast and tea was

drinks, good food, nice beach location, lots of free car parking, clean pools, loads of activities and things

breakfast is until 11am and this is great

we were there for valentine s day, the staff gave all the women and girls a red rose at breakfast and cava

itself on the previous experience everything was super special,,, good activities for the kids club, in fact we

in particular i would mention the waitress (susy - hopefully we got that right) of the pool bar and the waiter

speak to staff about where they want their room to be in the resort to minimise walking between pool, restaurant

-also there were 2 bars: a bar near the heated pool and one at the higher floor which sold all the necessary

parking is not ideal

the royal level gave access to the spa which i used nearly everyday and it was an extra that added value to

unfortunately no room service / chance of a little snack upon arrival after 22:00.

wifi terrible, occasional signal in room, wifi zone better signal but even there unable to connect

pool bar service would be a nice improvement and you'd probably sell more

we tried the aqua aerobics in the pool and rooftop yoga and had such fun at both

the roof bar closing far too early.

the breakfast was great and you can also eat dinner there if you dont book the halfboard option

the kids club staff had limited english, and only full-day sessions ( 20) are available, with no

protein and lower fat sources at breakfast: contrary to their advertising of higher protein choices, there is

sports facilities, especially the olympic pool

golf course could be more interesting and the rental equipment could be in better condition - its

nice pool, close to the beach, nice food, bar makes great

quiet pool area

fact that, unlike golf courses in scotland, you cannot go for a walk on the massive golf course, even round the

condition of room pool was too cold to use

location for both pool and beach, the adult only area was very clean and modern with a nice bar and seating

very quiet and if you are a couple, i really suggest from all barcelo hotels to choose the adults only

food was great. facilities good, great pool with plenty of sun loungers. staff very friendly.

place was clean and great kids pool

having to queue for drinks, need more staff on the 2 bar areas.

cocktails were included in all inclusive, pool bar and pool were good, not far from airport

think main bar needed a separate cocktail area this would have reduced queue
