we liked the closed private parking, so we could leaveall the luggage in the car and access it easily

upon arrival i went to my room which are located outside with private parking/garages

we had breakfast in the bar below the hotel (it wasn’t included in the reservation) and it was good and cheap

big thanks to the lovely lady working in the bar who went over and above in food translation

him at the end of the bath, we had walked the camino so needed a hot soak, the 2 men in the cafe bar were the most miserable ever, completely ignored by them until they felt like serving us, not

enjoyed the breakfast very much and the room was exceptionally clean

the bar below us was really loud and there are no fans or air conditioning in the room

the neighborhood is a bit noisy because of the bar at the corner.

also, an bar on the first floor of the same building is convenient for grabbing the coffee in the

unfortunately the spa is only a pool and sauna they do not provide any treatments as we expected so that was disappointing

it even has a gym, breakfast, a restaurant/bar for lunch and dinner

the hotel has a gym and good value spa although i did not use them

we tried the spa as well and it was fantastic

(+) room was clean and comfortable with a spa tub (+)the swimming pool,spa and gym (+)good position and excellent room with view and spa bath generally loved the place (+)staff were friendly, our room was lovely with great facilities (including a nespresso machine and spa bath), the breakfast was very plentiful and delicious (-)only surprise was we hadn t realised that the pool/spa area was open to the public (+) the spa and pools were a nice addition to all the other things the hotel offered (+)centre next door which was included in the price of the stay was a real plus for the courses, spa and swimming pool (+)the high-standard gym, spa and pool are included.

the free wifi worked well, and there was a large television in the room

the gym needs more air, water, and towels. also felt unsafe as elevator was only exit.

we found a lovely restaurant/tapas bar 20 minutes walk away

bottle of water for each guest would be more appropriate than nothing, or having to call room

it took one hour and twenty minutes and multiple calls to reception to enquire, because room service line would go to voicemail

the hotel was clean, fresh a great mini bar superb views and with 24hrs room service

rooms are a bit small. gym is lacking a bit more of machines.
