room service did not clean the room every day just simply replace complimentary tea and sweets

there was an amazing little happy hour bar set up in the entrance which was very generous and had wonderful

this is a wonderful two story residence with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and areas to lounge

this hotel truly sets the bar high for hospitality highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, memorable

the coffee bar with snacks and daily free aperitiv was wonderful

there's a spa for the ladies on one of the floors

spa place is very spacious and clean

great buffet breakfast

spa and sauna was superb

only female spa but not male

laundry service is available, it s a very cozy hostel

minutes by walking from the old districts and kiyomizu-dera), it was clean, with good facilities (laundry,

beds are comfortable, shower is great and there are laundry facilities all next to this cute garden

laundry is also so cheap and the bathroom and showers are always so clean

only slightly negative thing was that the wifi didn't reach all the way to the 'anne' guest room
