laundry out of order

we had to take a two bed room that cost more than our reservation and next to the laundry room and elevator

laundry machines are not clean

keep clean in hall and laundry is very flithy

very disappointed with the trash in the hallway outside the laundry room left from before my arrival and was still there when i left the next day

excellent healthy breakfast options

hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good.

pool could have been open

good breakfast, and my children were thrilled to have vegetarian options and dairy-free muffins

nice facility, nice pool, quiet and i enjoyed a nice peaceful room with a spa hottub, would definitely recommend as

breakfast was weak, cereal and toast, coffee and juice.

i didn't like the loud air conditioning unit( but it worked great), nor the crowded pool.

we enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast.

had difficulty telling where the hotel parking was

friendly staff, easy parking, nice accommodation

parking was restricted due to the construction

staff was friendly and accommodated our late check out
