laundry out of order

we had to take a two bed room that cost more than our reservation and next to the laundry room and elevator

laundry machines are not clean

keep clean in hall and laundry is very flithy

very disappointed with the trash in the hallway outside the laundry room left from before my arrival and was still there when i left the next day

had difficulty telling where the hotel parking was

parking was restricted due to the construction

was close to our business site and it had everything that we like including a gym and a pool and breakfast

friendly staff, easy parking, nice accommodation

there is a laundry room on the grounds and restaurants and shopping malls everywhere

i definitely appreciate them always having rooms available for early check in and not killing the rate for doing so

the laundry and ice were close but laundry always out of order
