we chose this hotel because it has a really nice pool

the room and location was great. loved the reception and breakfast. the coffee was amazing.

the parking was a lil off , and unsupervised kids running around

my kids all have special needs and had a lot of melt downs and take off they were very understanding

kids running up and down the hallway being loud all night until around 2 am

breakfast service under construction noises and being judgemental by staff because my daughter had

advertised indoor pool and spa with beautiful pictures, but has been permanently closed a while

pool was closed, and that was one of the reasons i chose that location

only problem is the pool was permanently closed.

say they are pet friendly, but you are not allowed to leave your pet unattended

their pet policy was unreasonable i had a dog in a cage and their policy stated i can t leave my dog
