i booked my smoking room 2 weeks before my trip and had to be in a non smoking room because they sold out but

i did not make that trip.but your service is great at all locations and pet people thanks

we did not use the wifi

their was no ice, wifi wasn t available and also we seen a few roaches, bring spray.

it was full when i was there so parking was a bit short and a lot of people had dogs

allow pets but charge 25 per day per animal and

first they had us in a smoking room

bed leaned inward, there was a hidden $30 pet fee and the first room was deemed non-smoking but it was indeed

even though the property was across the street from the beach, public parking for the beach was also

the staff from the lady that checked us in to the guys cleaning the rooms and the lady doing the laundry were

the pool was full of swamp water, and the owner admitted it hadn't been up and running

no pool access and no breakfast as advertised but totally understand due to covid 19.

i requested a smoking room but was given a non smoking room

there was a pool, but it was closed not sure the reason

breakfast was kind of small but i was expecting a big buffet so i wasn t mad or worried i was

was lacking a shelf in the shower would be nice to put body wash and shampoo etc on pool area had no lounge

close to the beach and the edgewater mall. has a nice swimming pool.

that is one of the main reasons i get a hotel room is for wifi and theirs was extremely weak

breakfast facilities are lacking as it was put in place as afterthought

needed multiple parking spaces they understood my needs

i would have just left but i was looking for a spot that was pet friendly

the rooms were cleaned everyday and new lien on the beds every day new towels free wifi

the pool was also pretty great

when we came back non handicap vehicles was parked in the handicap parking

i really over paid but i trust them cause i no my room well be cleaned right and i can bring my pet&#

pool was under maintenance, so my kids were bummed

we had a double queen suite, and it fit 3 adults and 2 kids on the sofa bed nicely

great staff, clean and well maintained. very good breakfast.

room was non smoking but had burn marks in blankets and had a smell which was what we thought weed, but lysoled

waffle house was pretty much in their parking lot. good food and friendly staff there.
