breakfast hot waffle by the pool staff beatriz was lovely and warm welcome and front desk settle my account in

restaurants, minutes walking to universal park, hotel is clean, look renovated, safe and secure parking

in house laundry facilities if you want to stay longer than a few days and they charge more per a night on

parking the parking lot was full and there was nowhere on the premises to park.

shuttle service is not always on time - so keep it in mind

he gave us late check out and told us we could enjoy the rest of the hotel until our train ride at 6pm
