also the pool was

great pool and bbq area, the pool was a very nice 29 degrees in winter

the fact that it's family-friendly was a huge plus, and having access to laundry facilities and a well-equipped

short walk to gympie terrace which is a lovely river walk with many shops and eateries

parking situation good, right downstairs and undercover

the resort facilities were great to entertain the kids

absolutely perfect house, nice pools, own parking space and close to hastings street

very clean and great pool and gardens etc

nothing major - parking in the carport was a bit to tight for a large suv.

air con in every space, we had a view of the pool from our patio so it was easy to watch the kids

i must have been upgraded as i did not expect the size of the apartment and the included spa bath

unlimited free wifi and accessible umbrellas for when it rains, but these were not big factors.

laundry in room

there is a laundry room available for $4 per wash or dry

great smart tv, wifi and balcony with views

gym was well equipped

location and rooms, buggy service was a hit with the kids

they provide shuttles down the hill if you are exhausted from a day on the beach or shopping

all you can eat breakfast and shuttle service to hasting street, especially great for ppl with prams and anyone

no convenient shower between gym and pool.

went to order a coffee to the room however it s a min $25 room service

go no further for pure luxury , with attention to detail , and care for parents and kids.

great location! big spacious rooms, helpful staff! great for kids

cafe and bar discounts just outside

shower head barely usable due to type not being suitable for small shower, and lot of noise from kitchen below

a little bar fridge in the room would be a good extra.

the room was pet friendly, however the stench of urine was unbearable, no air

wifi is poor in the bedroom but we were able to use our gadgets just outside our rooms

parking was a little hard with a trailer but not impossible

the parking is not an issue at all and for what you pay, it was excellent

wifi kept cutting out and as i was there for work this was an issue.

as a smoking free complex i was pleased to find a smokers balcony off the bar with tables and chairs

hotel restaurant and bar met all our needs with friendly staff

wifi is very bad

needs more facilities for kids entertainment.

the restaurant was good & the kids play area is always a plus to allow the parents to enjoy

delicious meals, played some pool with the kids after dinner

no laundry on site was a pain. bungalows are old, but for the price you pay i can t complain.

area looked run down and parking was along way from cabin but small price to pay value for money great

and my husband is disabled by morning there were heaps of parks maybe more signals regarding parking otherwise

there was no hand towel. kitchen was great.

great kitchenette, comfortable large bed and cuddlie pillows and bedding

the spa was amazing

difficult parking with limited space, and hard to turn around in a larger car.

the parking was quite weird at the cabin we stayed at.

the parking was really narrow and even with a mid sized car took some effort to use the turning section

the kitchenette had all that we needed to prepare our own meals so that we could truly retreat from the

weekends if you want to beat the crowds (it is a hotspot of the weekends) my only negative is the spa baths are

a spa bath in the room, real fire in cabin that we were able to use on the cold nights that we stayed

unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but the kitchenette of the family room was perfect and there are
