staff were so welcoming, kind, and so nice to our kids

great location nice room kids liked the pool but wished for a slide/rope/toy of some kind

we asked and were given a slightly late check out free of charge which was much appreciated

modern rooms, good location, good wifi, next to the lake and close to a shopping mall

parking was a little difficult due to narrow parking lot.

i was able to store my golf clubs in a storage room instead of leaving them in my car which was nice

louies, the coffee shop and the sports bar were great

requested a 'quiet room' that would not be over the bar

restaurant, pub, bar and all located downtown nelson so walking where you want to go is easy

we chuckled with irritation when the wifi password was book direct

the hotel was very pet friendly and the free doggy bag was a nice touch

there was a full kitchen with appliances and a full bathroom with a soaking tub

super cozy and great to have a kitchen to cook breakfast in the am

i loved that the kitchen had staples like oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and creamer

this suite had a kitchen but there was a communal kitchen on the top floor for rooms not equipped with one
