i booked a smoking room and when we arrived was told there was not one available

the pool and workout room were open

more like a working men place, loud men smoking and drinking in groups outside most of the evening hours

the pool area was untouched by hotel staff, and remnants of a cookout were everywhere

parking was good

*they don't allow u to have your pet on the bed

liked that the laundry was clean and well maintained

but not really an issue given the close proximity i was to the laundry

front desk was rude i was treated like a stray. and was never told about wifi at all

tv don't work properly the wifi password didn't work

great stay, but the wifi password didn t work

the pool was big with a grilling/seating area & a table

rooms young man checking us in was very nice, nice large grassy area in back by the pool, nice landscape shows

location, pool, and the bed was ok

convenient parking and a pleasant view added to the overall experience

sink stopping up, shower water pressure poor, shower head location from ceiling, kitchen stoves did not work

location , hard to get out of parking lot because of feeder road

and room was clean and parking lot was fully lit with cameras for security

i love the breakfast facility with the large floor to ceiling windows facing the lake

would have liked a greater variety for breakfast such as chicken tenders since i have a pork allergy

i didn't like that the laundry was $2 to wash and dry.

no one had taken care of that part but the pool was nice and clean, but the spa hot tub was needed

the eggs at breakfast weren t great, but that was literally the only thing i didn t like.

told me i asked for a smoking room if i did it was inadvertent because i do not smoke

the carpet was gross and i specifically asked for a non smoking room but yet it reeked of cigarette

smelled , beds were uncomfortable, carpet was dirty and there was drug selling going on out in parking lot ( i

room smelt like marijuana and it was a non smoking room

that they have smoking rooms.

pool was not accessible, due to the threat of light showers and sprinkles

the wifi stopped working and no one answered the phone.

the pool could use a little maintenance but it was functional and enjoyable.

when we arrived the number of homeless and vagrants around the parking lot made us change our minds about

non smoking room smelled like it used to be smoking or just old

won't stay in a place without wifi

desk or chair of any kind - couldn't get wifi signal - fridge didn't work but they brought a new one - no phone

were even people camped out in the parking lot, vehicles looked like they were being worked on

windows, lobby not air conditioned, vending machines broken, noisy, was told pool was open until 9:30 but we

adequate parking.

room was suppose to be non smoking but was not then they told us the room they gave us was not pet friendly

wifi did not work at all

that they are truly pet friendly and very polite and respectful

location was great. staff was excellent. and the convenience of the kitchenette was awesome

since the manager jani was very rude and no wifi was offered and i absolutely needed for work

to room came back said one of towels was dirty so was not refunding $35 deposit when i stay in parking lot and

much choice on commentary breakfast

they have a pool and hot tub indoors

breakfast needed some breakfast meats!

the pool closed after we were here and upset my grandson

room smelled like swimming pool
