pool area not up to par with other fs hotels, not as nice as rest of the hotel

spa/gym, standard fs lux rooms, very clean, nice design

the hotel at the beginning of the year, i specifically called and discussed being on the rooftop bar to watch

location, spa was excellent. massage and facial were incredible

only negative was that i didn't realize the hotel was so new that the pool/hot tub and patio aren't open yet

breakfast was good and the wait staff were awesome.

no wifi

some of the gym cardio advices were a bit broken. too much plastic at breakfast.

no room service (meals). the hotel laundry service lost my husbands shirt.

and no pet potty area

the pool, gym and bar areas were great, and i noticed a well-kept laundry area as well

had to leave pool in afternoon for dark sky

the breakfast and kickback were awesome

room, cleanness, gym, pool, and location

bringing kids back and getting them their own room: breakfast/heavy appetizers with drinks complementary

i loved that there was a laundry facility close proximity to

laundry room out of action. bar was only open on set days and hours.

from staff attitude to very poor wifi provision

room service didn t empty fridge someone s food was still in there

where no laundry facilities or in room coffee makers at the hotel

location can't be beat. wifi was free & fast. room was clean.

no room service, no pool, and limited restaurant access.

the bar area wasn't open very late. i think it closed at 10pm on a friday and saturday night.

we both had hour long massages at mokara spa

didn’t like the fact that they had no sofa beds for kids

valet parking/front door staff were really nice. the gym was nice and clean.

also, the fact that wifi wasn't included and guests also have to pay extra for that, is also

location. gym was great. bar also

were great, cleanliness of property, proximity to area activities, breakfast was very good & helpful

great location everything u need, laundry facilities as well. very short walk to broadway

was convenient, parking was convenient, the staff was friendly and the hotel is pet friendly

i emailed for an early check in and we were greeted and our request was accommodated

the bar was great to start the night off

we asked for another room and that room had kids running around and screaming next door

wifi (or lack thereof)

also, the wifi was horrible

previously federal reserve building turned into hotel. so spacious, with kitchen, huge rooms

the gym was basic and the elliptical wasn't functioning as it should

hot water( maintainance tried but said he couldn t get it to work) wifi wouldn t work

because of a power loss during a storm and caption was close to my home, open restaurants, my gym etc

the restaurant and bar were convenient

excellent hotel, staff were amazing,clean and modern, lovely breakfast

milk & honey is a couple of minutes walk away and is amazing for breakfast, brunch & lunch

out for breakfast

walking distance to conference. good size of safe. good hot water in shower. good wifi.

i did like having breakfast offered and available but was not happy or impressed with the room service menu

i love that they allow pets and the pet fee is only $20/pet

the downstairs bar is very convenient along with a roof top bar outside

bar noise was not an issue at all for me, but the back gate was right beside my room and every time

maybe have a kitchen towel or paper towels in kitchen area for easier clean up

the reunion bar is also great, esp during their 4 hour happy hour

it was a quiet location and easy street parking with a kroger s supermarket across the road

we booked a king room and it had full kitchen cooking facilities with a little patio to sit outside

the parking was a little hard finding at first. more signage is needed.

the lobby bar was very nice and well-managed

my husband and i are both picky eaters and we love the room service at this hotel

it was inconvenient but not that big of a deal, if i had kids with me i would've been annoyed

prices of mini bar were extortionate.

if there was a little more pet area it would be good.

the pool was warm, the gym has elliptical machines as well as free weights and a bench

t much to complain about, everyone was great and the hotel is amazing, beds were comfortable, pool is nice

half the pool was under the hotel , breakfast got done to early

it was busy with a sports team staying so we couldn t get have the free breakfast.

the day when we got to check in that definitely could be more friendly and helpful with the wifi, tv streaming
