not enough parking

an early check in online when we arrived at the hotel and went to check in the girl at the front desk

very little, drunk and drugged people hanging in parking lot, very uncomfortable and unsafe.

didn t realize that even though there was a kitchen, you have to buy the utensils and all of that

did not know that your hotel accepted pets and on top of that the hallways by the lobby, the 4th floor, and the

hotel was perfectly fine, and nice for us as a family with kids

all adult crowd no kids around the pool splashing everyone.

kitchen equipped to a bare minimum, coffee machine not working, no umbrella shade for sunbeds at pool, snack

parking for second vehicle now allowed in reserved spots but we managed.

the room was big enough and comfortable with a nice size kitchen and everything i needed

the property from we entered the premises until we left, reception, resturant, housekeeping and pool area all

very clean, quite and pool area is nice and clean

room service fees seem high

liked that it had two rooms and kitchen with large refrigerator so every meal didn't have to be at

no spa or restaurant by the pool any more. it just doesn't have the same vibe as it once did.

the only place to have room service food or meals was on the outdoor balcony and many days it was too cold

spa was closed, the restaurant was closed, the gym was closed

excellent getaway with kids, beautiful beaches, great staff

not enough staff somedays around the pool. waited too long for pizza at pizza place on ground

the pool is too shallow and there is no way to swim laps because it is configured in a weird design

apartment has everything we needed and the pool area is awesome

loved the pools, units themselves. some nice social activities. office staff great.
