loved that the hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool, is near a couple of restaurants, close to the airport

of toiletries (eg: tissues, only one small bar of soap)

we even asked about parking as we had a rental car and they both didn't even care to explain anything, only

restaurant downstairs, but also walking distance to bars and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

the laundry service is also convenient

the big screen tv at the bar near the rooftop pool is wonderful, available to watch your favourite sports

the room was v large 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry etc

- clean rooms - comfortable bed - good a/c - good water pressure - plenty of hot water - strong wifi - good

the kitchen had all new appliances and was well equipped

it has a kitchen too so you can prepare your food if you want

location is perfect by the beach, had a nice swim and the water was really warm, good pool and bar as well

luckily the staff at sheraton arranged for a porter to transport us in a golf buggy so we weren't traipsing

villas had terrible wifi connection

location is at the center of the other resort, walking to bula waterpark, i even walk to marina, kitchen facility

beautiful sunset views; great entertainment; located short drive from nadi airport, golf club & spa easy walk;

we rectified this distance by working with staff to utilise the golf cart at the end of the stairwell but again

dinner room service - food was delicious

on the second day we order our dinner and we got the wrong order but room service took it back saying that they

lack of laundry facilities at the resort is somewhat impractical, especially if one is staying for a week

couldn t get the wifi to work

only down side no wifi in the rooms

wifi was patchy which made planning and booking activities a challenge.

only thing we liked was the boat shed bar and restaurant back down the road

wifi connection was very poor
